As members of the BritishBuild consortium we undertake to adhere to the following principal Terms and Conditions of Business and general code of conduct.

BritishBuild members represent the highest standard of workmanship at all times within their respective fields.

As members we are committed to uphold the following :

To supply a written quotation when submitting a tender for contract


To comply with all laws, including health and safety, waste disposal and building regulations


To carry out all works to the best of our ability


To ensure that all works are carried out within the agreed timescale and that any unavoidable delays or changes to original specification are clearly communicated to the client


To arrive at the prearranged time for any appointment or when carrying out any work and to give advance warning to the client in the event of any delay


To respect all clients property as if it were our own


To ensure that all works are completed to the agreed specification and within budget as defined in the works contract. All changes must be communicated and agreed with the client prior to proceeding


To uphold the principals of honesty and integrity at all times


To ensure that all works are carried out to the highest possible standards and that any guaranteed aspect of any works or installations are formally agreed.


To offer the consumer adequate insurance cover



To leave all areas clean and tidy at the end of the day, and to remove all debris from the site unless otherwise agreed


To ensure that any representative, colleague or sub contractor meets with these terms and conditions at all times


To ensure that our current high standing is maintained in the knowledge that any adverse rating by any client will result in an expulsion from BritishBuild


To agree to independent arbitration by professional bodies and to uphold the best interests and the good reputation of BritishBuild at all times
